Today, I checked if the layouts works. And the result is yes, it worked
with this:
*setxkbmap us,sk -variant ,qwerty -option grp:switch,grp:alt_shift_*
*toggle,grp_led:scroll*
inside the file */home/user/.bashrc* + installed *xfce4-xkb-plugin*
package.
But another problem has been

You found this in xfce, kde and gnome, so we have to go down assigning this to
xorg
Please reproduce the bug then run in a terminal
