When I'm scrolling in eg. emacs/gnome-terminal the screen is not always
fully updated. Parts of the window keep displaying what was there before
I scrolled. It happens frequently but I have not found a reproducible
way to trigger it. I marked it as regression because it didn't happen in
11.04
