I have apport enabled to fix a few other bugs so I thought I report that bug
too.

This looks like it was the well-known false positive gpu hang bug. It's
not actually anything wrong with your system, just some bug in the error
capture tool. We've turned that tool off for the release, so these
popups should no longer be bothering you.
