Well, related with the touchpad problem, I finally solved it by looking
for that problem in the ubuntu forums. The solution was to uncheck the
option Disable touchpad while typing in Mouse and Touchpad
configuration.
Now I'm going to update the information about the brightness problems
with the

1. That problem is shown everytime I start the computer, while the
desktop is charging the icons and the taskbar
