The only reason why i realized it is possible to login again is that the
fingerprint sensor was showing a green light. But the fingerprint gui is
probably not af any importance here, as the problem has already been
existing before the installation of the fingerprint gui.

Thanks for your bug report. I gave this a shot on my x220. Upon logging
out, my screen is black for maybe half a second, but redraws after that,
