Public bug reported:
If I try to drag an Icon in Nautilus somtimes the "drop" fails. I can
see the mouse arrow and the "grab hand" at the same time. I can then
move the mouse, but I can't klick. I have to kill Nautilus.
This can also happen, if I start a drag in Totem. But until now it never
happens if I drag and drop an icon in the Unity Launcher or from the
Dash to the Launcher.
