Public bug reported: First thing I noticed when I booted Precise was my (CRT) monitor flickering. Went to change refresh rate, realized I couldn't. Booted back to Oneric, realized I couldn't change the refresh rate there either, but it was fine.
Oneric detects the monitor as 'Viewsonic Corporation 20"'.
