Public bug reported: I just resumed my laptop from S3 and entered my password in the unlock screen dialog. After that a black screen showed up with just a clock in the top center area and a lock icon in the upper right corner of the screen shown. I ctrl-alt-f1'ed to TTY1 and then ctrl-alt-f7'ed to X. One of my workspaces showed up with apps running as it should be. However, no input was working in X, no app responded to mouse clicks or key presses.
P. S. It should be noted that I'm using xserver-xorg-video-intel 2.19.0 taken from https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat/+archive/x-updates but since I have already bumped into this or at least very similar bug in the past, I belive it's not related to the intel driver.
