The site specifically mentions that I may need to update my proprietary drivers after installing this kernel, but submitting the bug report just in case the information helps. Just fyi, I have a USB 3.0 hub and USB 3.0 external hard drive which according to this post: http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/linux-hardware-18/via-labs- usb-3-0-hub-will-not-recognize-a-usb-3-0-device-873399/ Is only supported in kernel 2.6.39 and greater.
