本人工作平台Ubuntu 10.10,安装过Vbox后来remove过一次，再次安装，就出现下面的问题。

is a permission problem with /dev/vboxdrv. Please reinstall the kernel

'/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup'

应该是驱动没加载。
试试 sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv start
并设置成开机加载。我Ubuntu下是通过rcconf 勾选的。

这条命令我在init.d目录中没有找到，用tab键自动打出来的，就只有 /vboxdrv.dpkg-bak，能启动，但每次都得手动搞一次。
