It looks like my keyboard is also lagging. I have to type very slowly so the
keys are not skipped.
Both are Logitech devices.

I also have this issue.
Plugging it in to a USB3 port solves the issue, but I don't want to waste my
precious USB3 ports for a mouse.
I experienced the issue with Ubuntu Studio 19.04, 19.10.
With 18.04 it works fine.
