Note: in Debian, the dependency on qml-module-org-kde-kcm is "hidden" by the fact that qml-module-org-kde-kcm is a dependency of systemsettings package, which is not installed by default on ubuntu, but is installed by default in Debian 11. qml-module-org-kde-kcm should probably be made an explicit
