Still the same for me. I installed 0.92.1 on Ubuntu 17.04-Zesty by using
"apt-get download" to get the inkscape and libgtkspell0 debs, installing the
available libmagick++-6.q16-7 in the usual way ("sudo apt-get install ...") and
then doing `sudo dpkg -i --force-depends ./inkscape*.deb` and same
Correction - when trying to install "inkscape" from the Trunk PPA
(inkscape-trunk installs fine)

I am having the same issue when installing Inkscape Trunk:

Well, the problem is not of the package in ubuntu, which is correctly
built against libmagick++-6.q16-7 instead of libmagick++-6.q16-6v6.
Whoever maintains the PPA ppa:inkscape.dev/stable has to do another upload to
rebuild inkscape there.
