I found the same problem. It seems that there is some problem with
m68k tool chain regarding shared libs. I have never been able to run
an application that uses shared libs successfully (I'm using 4.1.1
tool chain). I 'm not sure, but I think that this problem arises from

I've been looking thru codesourcery's documentation and I've seen that the
examples that are shown use m68k's gcc and g++ without specifying the type
of target processor. Do you specify the processor thru the C flags when
compiling? If not, then the compiler may generate illegal inst

That would be me I expect. Well I did the original shared library development
and implementation for the 2.95 compiler series. Others have done the later
work.
