My intranet root '/ ' contains 2 subdirectories 'manual' and 'intranet'
but only the manual one is indexed !
if i change the udmsearch.conf to index from myserver/intranet only some
of the subdirectories are indexed but not all...

Try to run with "-v6". High verbose level usually gives
an idea of why something is going wrong.

Run indexer with -v6 for the pages wich a link to /manual, wich
is not indexed. You'll see comments about all links found in the
current URL.
