Hi Vivek, Yes. This is a known bug. The internal mike is inadvertently pulled high during attach and this is what causes the feedback. As a hack, put the following lines into some rc script that will be run just before X starts ossmix misc.mic 0:0 ossmix connector.int-mic 0:0 ossmix misc.int-mi

Hi, pkg-get is not in the path of your root user You can give the full path /opt/csw/bin/pkg-get A better idea is to add /opt/csw/bin to your PATH The packages that you will install, the binaries will be in /opt/csw/bin and hence if you have it in your PATH then you need not give the full pat
