You guys are such pathetic dreamers and no offence to the degrees you own. So
now Ugandans are stupid to such a deep as looking at Besigye as their savior
from the Museveni he so created.

Some of us just can’t wait to see how illusion goes. And an illusion so it is.

Subject: SV: {UAH} YKM responds to Dr Kizza Besigye: Dares Ugandan voters to
peacefully retire him

WBK,

My point exactly! That is what I implied yesterday.

Unfortunately, Col Besigye has not disclosed the format of the negotiation,
yet. So, all we have to go by is hypothetical speculations here and there.

May be you know (I don't) know what Col Besigye has in mind or on whose
initiative.

I do think though, that it shall be a complex equation involving many sets,
sub-sets, unions and intersection.

First off ofcourse, is to get President Musevenis blessing or to have him
initiate the initiative. Which concretely implies structuring the initiatives
in sustainable sequences.

For example resolving whether negotiating President Museveni's exit also
implies per automatiken separating the Presidency from the NRM or from the
NRA?!!?

I do not know how that is possible since the NRM won the last election.

Does negotiating for President Museveni's exit equate calling for a new fresh
General Election? Or merely calling for the NRM to elect a new leader?

Hmm, I am really thirsting for elucidation from the Col.

“WE FORM THE CULTURE THAT FORMS US”….noc’la gaumoy.

Folks:

YKM was actually responding to Dr KB's suggestion that Ugandans can negotiate
his retirement through peaceful means. Incidentally, YKM's statement affirms
Dr KB's statement.

YKM also threw a gauntlet to opposition leaders and Ugandan voters to do the
right thing: mobilize and cause the right environment which can send home to
Rwakitura or Kisozi to retire.

Forget the audacity of such a claim, but if Uganda is some sort of democracy
why not?
