As the A-APRP says, we should be "Forging Positive Action to Achieve Pan-Africanism..."

Current events in the African world, the drive for a full permanent seat or seats on the UN Security Council, that is with veto power and everything else afforded to the US, UK, France, China and Russia; the AU recent meeting in New York City with several African activists residing in the Diaspora to strengthen the international links between Africans at home and abroad, the recent press conference of Min Farrakhan, Ron Walters and others involved with the Millions More Movement in Washington; all these and more point to the surge in activity, activity which may or may not bear the quantity of useful fruit that its organizer intend.

But in each of these instances the participants have been obliged to tackle the issue of POWER...especially political economic power in the world.

In short, whether they or perhaps I should say whether every one of the participants, are serious about Pan-Africanism, the historical momentum is in our FAVOR!

Pan-Africanism is the only way that the goals of the AU and the African states in re: the UN Reform; the AU and the Diaspora's goals to achieve international African synergy and the stated goals of the Millions More Movement conveners, that is to liberate and improve the quality of life of our people every where in the world, to wit:

"We must make a covenant with our people to work and sacrifice and be willing to be the good shepherd (leaders) who will lay down our lives for our people. Let us accept our responsibility and change our behavior to that which will make us more than comrades and brothers, but a behavior that will make us friends and companions in the struggle for the total liberation of our people here and wherever we are found on this earth."  http://www.millionsmoremovement.com/about.htm

Hence it is on us to exploit this historic opportunity and agitate more efficiency for true Pan-Africanism; an African Union government within the context of a scientific socialist society.  This is what the ancestors who fought so hard for Pan-Africanism, would wish us to do. This is what Nkrumah call on us to do.  The responsibility obvious falls on all those who call themselves followers of Nkrumah, particularly members of the A-APRP and those who are trying to resurrect the CPP, but it also falls on all involved in building Nkrumaist agencies of any type or level; as well as every one of us who truly wants to see our people free from the horror and terror that preys on us every single second of our contemporary existence.
