That is not the first time that question has been asked, and that question has
been responded too, many many many times. At one point I even challenged that
Rwandese to bring his pay stab if he makes a third of what I make, in fact on
that point of time I set up a 2,000 dollars Canadian if he can prove that he
makes a third of what I make in this city. What John Rukumbura did was to
follow what you all Rwandese do, you run when faced with facts. He was supposed
to fax his pay stab to Abbey Ssemuwemba who I was willing to send mine to, and
he ran away from the forum. For months John Rukumbura has was not been seen in
UAH for once in his life time someone was willing to take him on his open mouth.
But on reading your one liner, I get pushed to follow my inquiry, you see I
fail to understand the importance of that question when we are discussing
issues of national importance, yet it was important to you to post. Ingram
Kampe, you as Rwandese, you must realize that life is not free. Look at Uganda
that is pumping water of The Nile for free for all those in the North of the
continent. Now we are pumping power to your country for again free, and the
intelligent question is how do you think Uganda survives? Ingram Kampe you need
to stop to be ticks, for those you suck will at one point dry up. And it is not
only Uganda you suck, for I have started to get reports that Tanzania is
complaining for Rwanda is not paying for its trailers to use Tanzanian roads.
You simply cannot have issues with Uganda and with Tanzania when you have just
had issues with Kenya also for not paying the harbor fees. Ingram Kampe, many
of you were born in Uganda for free, many of you were immunized for free, many
of you including your own president Paul Kagame got educated for free, how dare
you turn around and bite us in the ass to suck power for free too? Again I ask
how much money do you pay for the power you suck out of firkin Uganda?
And you can take this discussion as a joke and ignore it by turning it
personal, but realize that you are creating a massive problem for your children
for as soon as you Rwandese vacate State House in Entebbe, we will make Rwanda
a very legitimate target because we have every right to start to get paid. And
if you think that is a joke, then you do not know how we treated Tanzania under
Amin, but unlike Tanzania that has a harbor in Der, you are land locked. And it
bothers me also for in all those you have sucked up services for free, Rwanda
is still a very primitive country by all standards in the region. 45% of
prostitutes in Kampala are Tutsi girls, why don’t you use the money you get for
free and create jobs for them? So maybe it is the brains that are lazy !!!!!!
But it gets so frustrating for I do not even think you know about the
relationship of Tanzania and Uganda at your age of 25. Keep on going after us
but fact remains that Museveni gets out of power and Katuna gets closed. Let us
see how much you can survive in that little primitive cave. And trust me I have
discussed Great Lakes issues way long to make a very respected such a statement.
Have you annoyed me? Absolutely not we are still friends as my poor mother in
Luwero works so hard, to pay for the diapers of your oldies in Butare Kibungo
and Cyangugu. Geez !!!!!!!!!

Not that John called for freebees from Uganda, but he said that why should
Rwanda pay highly to train doctors in India instead of paying a lower fee to
train the same doctors from Uganda.

Guys,
Do not worry since Rwanda's drive for professional doctors has done miracles
with so many doctors up to the village level now. More will soon join with
different expertise from all over the globe. May I also say that Uganda has
been equally generous in training some of them. Why go to India when a
friendly African country can do better at a lower fee?
