I do not know how many times I have stated on this Ugandanet forum. The fact is that NRM military dictatorship ( at it's core) believes in the politics of Gun Violence... For Museveni to now engage in genuine peace negotiations with the so called "rebels", is more like Germany's Adolf Hilter negotiating peace treates with the allies!
