Mr.Muilindwa. you should check with apsychiatrist, l have big doubt you head is not right.Uganda have lost about 750.000.people in last10yrs , with Aids. lf 56% had average of 3 children or more, according to African familys ,should be about 1,000,000 orphans in Uganda alone. so my dear friend nobody is screwing Africa, but Africans screwing each other big -time...remember Uganda have about 23million people!
