RRIA NEWS: Sudan-Uganda, August 10: Relations between Uganda and Sudan continues hitting low key-notes, as yet another raw erupts following dictator Museveni's un-authorised entry into Sudan territory.The Sudanese Government is demanding explanation from Uganda why dictator Museveni last week entered Sudan’s territory without permission. Sudan, through its embassy has written to Uganda’s ministry of Foreign affairs, demanding to know why Museveni and his ministers traveled to Yei in southern Sudan to pay last respects to John Garang without giving in notice. Insisting it is not a protest as alleged in the media, Uganda’s state minister for international relations Okello Oryem confirms the receipt of the letter.
