UPDF, it may be argued , is in a state of panic ? . This it would seem what comes out clearly . Otherwise what is the UPDF doing deproying very heavly In west nile, In western Uganda around river nile in pader ( to contain karamojong warriors) ...gee for crying out loud!! Now I hear they have invited Bwesigye back to the fold!!!

THE UPDF will continue to deploy along the banks of River Nile to protect the population from rebel attacks, the Chief of Defence Forces Gen. Aronda Nyakairima has said.
"We will occupy both banks of River Nile inch-by-inch and we have been there anyway," Aronda told journalists at Acholi Inn in Gulu on Wednesday.
Nyakairima, who visited Gulu with his Tanzanian counterpart, Gen. George Waitara, said, "We shall continue to work hard to ensure that there is peace in northern Uganda either through talks or fighting. If talks fail we shall go back to fighting."
He dismissed the Lord's Resistance Army deputy chief Vincent Otti's claims that the UPDF had deployed extra troops in
Southern Sudan. Aronda said before the peace talks began, the UPDF had troops stationed at the Aruu junction, along River Nile and Palutaka.
He said no UPDF soldier was near the designated assembly points for the LRA rebels.
