For example, uimaj-adapter-vinci is missing this dependency. This makes its
test case not compile (or run). However, if you build this using mvn install
in a super-pom of this project, it works OK, it seems which is why we didn't
"notice" I guess. It shows up if you do a "mvn eclipse:clean eclipse:eclipse"
- and then refresh the project in Eclipse.
