Remove obsolete properties from ServiceInfoMBean: replyQueueName,
deploymentDescriptor. Modify UIMA AS service to set service state:
Initializing, Running, Disabled, Stopping. Currently only Running, Disabled and
Active are supported. "Active" seems the same as Running and should be removed.
Add new JMX property to UIMA AS ClientInfo MBean "seriallization" and set it to
either xmi or binary. Add idle time to server perfomance MBean.
