There was a build problem with maven resolving 2 artifacts:

When running TestUimaAsExtended junit test, the
testCancelProcessAggregateWithRemoteMultiplier failed. But when
rerunning, it ran OK. The failure was a resource initialization exception.
Anyone else see this intermittant failure?
