Strangely enough we had no issues getting a BT phone line put into THN TFM6.
What is the problem with BT failing to do it?

We finally managed to get the BT line in. It two or three attempts to get
Telehouse to liaise with Openreach's docklands team successfully.
To be fair to Telehouse - we've had horrendous problems since getting BT lines
into other data centres. They're all as bad as each other. The fun
