There appears to be no way to remove an ip/range from this list…
For a laugh, I threw a few of our/customer netblocks through APEWS... and they
list the whole of 46.224.0.0/14 as bad because it is unallocated (updated
in 2013)... even though RIPE were allocating from it in 2010/2011.

sure talk talk were using this at one point.
