Paul,
If you send me the details of what version and box I can take a look for you.

Neil.

Is there any way to track which hardware and firmware versions have been
submitted to BT (or whoever does it on their behalf) for Modem
Conformance Testing? I can find the details of how the process works but
not which devices have been approved or submitted and pending approval.

I ask because I have a Zyxel router which has a bunch of bug fixes in
the latest firmware - particularly such that IPv6 now works. However, my
ISP says that the firmware hasn't gone through MCT yet (I'm not sure if
it's even been submitted) so technically I'm not allowed to use it and
my ISP can't officially recommend updating the firmware as a fix.

I don't work for an ISP so if this information is only available to them
then I won't be able to access it.

    Thanks

    Paul
