 previous link doesn't solve this. after more tests, the following links
 help me:

 but they miss scriptable way.
 I believe win7 install would be best done in an unattended way by
 * switching to the admin account
 * disabling UAC
 * disabling file security warning

 all of this, of course, temporarly.
