Hi,
issueing a new release would be VERY nice, it's been quite a while so
seems a good step to show the project is still active. Though I would
suggest incorporating the search-win-drivers stuff, since its a great
addition and would definately be of help to new users. Just mark it as
BETA feature
tallation script
the scripts will probably contain stupid code etc. since this is my
first attempt at windows batch coding but atleast they get the job
done :)
ps: i've put the list back in cc because of the attachments

Hi,
please verify the workings through connecting on IP. You should also
check logfiles and try the login from another workstation.
CIFS is the protocol used since XP/2K3 and NetBIOS is just plain old...
I use a plain simple smb config here and connect to a public share using
cifs and the dns nam
Hi Nils,
you can specify your own nt5x script by using the following in your
unattended.txt file:
[_meta]
ntinstall_cmd = /z/site/nt5x-install
This should do the trick.

Also, the unattended-gui project appears to be able to 'install'
vista/08 but it looks like they are using dd and netcat to simply ghost
a pre-installed disk image and that is not wanted.
These are just some quick thoughts but perhaps some one can shed some
more light on t
fectly but
just fails to execute my (your) nt5x-install :)
Any suggestions?
