The driverpacks installer that unzips the 7z files during windows
setup looks for the OEM folder in the root folder of drives A-Y i
think, but certainly drives A-F, so unless you copy it there it can't
find the 7z files.

You should also add 'dpfinisher.exe' to your [guirunonce] section of
unattended too, as this tidys up the mess left by the driverpacks
installer..
