thanks for your reply. I have allready done this registry fix and rebooted
after it.
When I try to connect to the share from a WindowsPC I get an error like: File
not found.
Maybe there is a possibility to change \\ntinstall to the realname on the
bootcd from default?

If you want to use a CNAME you have to enable it on the registry on the

\\ntinstall\install have you use another windows box or Linux?
Linux cifs doesn't recognize windows/samba shares by name (windows does),
