Sir/Madam,
I cannot find on Unicode charts the "half forms" of Telugu letters (or any
other Indic script). These characters are needed to form words such as
"Swagatam".Is unicodes for half characters are available or not. If yes,
please give the site detailes.

No. DOUBLE-STRUCK doesn't seem to be a style that combines with any
other style. ITALIC, on the other hand, combines with BOLD and/or
SANS-SERIF.
