Hello, Please see my latest proposal to encode two new letters into the Bengali block. http://www.exnet.btinternet.co.uk/uniprop/ae_bng.htm This initial version has been put together in a rush (it will defiantly contain errors!). It is presented to enable its discussion and speedy submission
