Bill, I don't know of a City of Philadelphia site but Ed Goppelt's Hallwatch, http://www.hallwatch.org, has a very good site for BRT information. If you go to http://www.hallwatch.org/proptax and select Property Taxes by Block you can see what others on your block have been assessed. Good luck,
