Umm. How did this panhandler get on the list?? and how come he does not bother to put his name on his email?This was the same thing that happened to WDRE in 1998. WRDE had the same format as Y100 and it too became an "Urban" stattion.

I have to back up Michael's cynicism about this petition. This is
a commercial radio frequency that has played Top 40/MOR programming
for years. In the electronic broadcasting industry Y100 was what is
known as a package. When a radio station's programming is packaged
by an outsourced

Uh-oh! So much for my theories. I showed the passage
to my first few students this morning. They are in
middle school, reading at about a 3rd to 5th grade
level. They could all figure out most of the passage,
except for phenomenal, which was a word they didn't
know no matter how it was spelled.
