University City District (UCD), in collaboration with the City of
Philadelphia, Fairmount Park, CLIP Program, WPIP Program and Councilwoman
Jannie Blackwell's Office, invites neighbors and community groups to

1) The original bill was withdrawn, and replaced on 5/31 by
Councilmember Blackwell with Bill 070506, which was referred to the
Committee on Public Property and Public Works.
The new bill reads:
