A friend (while getting on the 42) saw a dog wandering around 45th Spruce this morning. At one point it seemed to be heading into the Mews, but then came out and headed south on 45th. The dog is mostly (if not all) black, about 40lbs, long-ish legs, maybe part lab, with collar and tags visible.
