I am writing this on behalf of Marlow Lauterbach. Many of you may remember
her when she grew up here in University City, in the UC Mews. As a teen she
babysitted a lot of our local kids, including my two boys when they were
little. As a young adult she moved to Florida with her mother and earned
I think the inspiration for the flash mob dances came from a T-Mobile
commercial. Since then you may have seen the one in a train station in
Belgium where seemingly passengers bound for someplace else or waiting for
friends suddenly break out into well choreographed dance to the "Sound of
Music".
