The current owner of the property at the SE corner of 46th and Spruce Streets will present his plans to build an apartment building on that site at a meeting of the zoning committee of the Spruce Hill Civic Association tonight at 7:00 at the SHCA building at 257 S. 45th St.
This is the legally-required RCO meeting, where neighbors have the opportunity to examine the proposal, offer criticisms and suggestions for improvement, and to declare whether they support or oppose it.
