For the public record, below is the first e-mail I sent to the staff of
Councilwoman Blackwell requesting a meeting to address our neighborhood trash
ticket problem. During the summer of 2007, long before I was sued by the Dept
of Finance, I was told repeatedly to send an e-mail to arrange a
Done. Thanks for your attention to this problem.
