Yes... because both Lussenhop and Tony glossed over the part that a number of people on this list find objectionable -- and that the Historical Commission's Architectural Committee and the Preservation Alliance also didn't like. Namely a grossly out-of-proportion 10-story building overshadowing both the property in question and the houses on Baltimore Avenue. Candidly, the design -- amounting to a 10-story wall halfway between Pine and Baltimore, extending west from 40th street -- is an affront even to us Philistines.
