  “Enchanting Holiday Story Comes to Life in Dance”
   
  Join the Gwendolyn Bye Dance Center as they present their magical production 
of Holiday Dances featuring The Angel of Christmas, at the University of 
Pennsylvania’s Iron Gate Theater, 3700 Chestnut Street on Friday December 14, 
at 10:00am and Saturday December 15, at 7:30pm. Great for all ages! 
   
  The Angel of Christmas, by Philadelphia's newest choreographer Jorge Laico, 
tells an enchanting story of hope for Christmas. Watch dancers skating through 
jumps and turns and see the miracle of a young girl unfold. Complete with, 
prancing reindeer, angels and children dancing around a Christmas tree, this 
the story will unfold in front of colorful holiday decorations and imaginative 
costumes that add to the festivities. To complete this holiday production, the 
program will also include Dancefusion’s fusion2 in Holiday Dances a medley of 
dancing Lords and Ladies choreographed by artistic director Gwendolyn Bye.
   
  Don’t miss this wonderful show with Dancefusion’s fusion2, training company 
for young dancers and over 30 students from the Gwendolyn Bye Dance Center. So 
bring family, friends, neighbors and all and have yourself a fantastic holiday 
ball!
