My friend found a VERY friendly house cat tonight at 40th & Walnut. Adult male, black and white short-hair. Seems healthy but somewhat dirty. Two collars: - One is dark green/grey with a tag that reads "Tried & True" on one side, and has a big "D" on the other with turquoise background. - 2nd collar looks like a flea collar. Greenish plastic with 3 white bands.
