1 stick butter
1 lg. Cool Whip
3 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Grated chocolate Hershey Bar
1 1/4 c. nuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Mix flour, 1/2 of the nuts and butter. Press
