You ought to be ashamed of yourself, not only for falling for all that unmitigated pap in the "University City Report Card" (University City District's very costly self-promotion piece giving -- guess who? -- itself a self-serving rave review), but for actually passing it on in what ought to be a newspaper of which at least a few people can still say "I know it's true; I read it in the paper." Our local weekly doesn't fall for that drivel... and they're here so they know what's what.
