Actually Foreman Mills is at 49th and Market Streets, and the neighbors from 47th to 51st St. were furious when it moved in after tearing down houses, etc. and not notifying the Homeowners, Residents, etc. that it was coming. they saw it as an affront to their neighborhood!

It is really too bad that Penn Students feel this way, and that the University still continues to scare them.
