There have been some questions about the relative proportions of renters and owner-occupants in Spruce Hill.
Taking just census tracts 87 and 88 into consideration -- which mostly coincides with the neighborhood's boundaries as stated in SHCA's bylaws -- and multiplying the number of rental units by average number of rental occupants, and number of owner-occupied units by average number of owner-occupant occupants, and converting the results to percentages, the neighborhood turns out to be 89.7% renters and 10.3% owner occupants.
