roger that.

consider penn praxis at the delaware river a high-profile
dress rehearsal for penn's development of its holdings along
the schuylkill river.

and consider that penn praxis was conspicuously absent from
the media when it came to helping neighbors deal with penn's
proposed hotel at 40th and pine, and when neighbors grappled
with the penn-advised plans for the south street bridge.

An open letter in the UC Review and Weekly Press from Marianna Thomas,
Magali, and a few others (including me) asking Penn Praxis to become
volunteeringly involved as objective experts already recognized by the Mayor on
 matters of
planning & development. Suggest that they hold one of their famous "open,
transparent, legitimate citizen-driven planning process" forums then present
the community's concensus recommendations.

Put them between the Scylla and the Charybdis.
