This was on the listserv. It does trigger a cute idea about the Campus Inn. An open letter in the UC Review and Weekly Press from Marianna Thomas, Magali, and a few others (including me) asking Penn Praxis to become volunteeringly involved as objective experts already recognized by the Mayor on matters of planning & development. Suggest that they hold one of their famous "open, transparent, legitimate citizen-driven planning process" forums then present the community's concensus recommendations.
